Ronaldo Continues to Recover; Carvajal Rejoins Training

Real Madrid started preparing for next Tuesday’s Champions League semifinals match against Manchester City, while the capital side waits to know the extent of Karim Benzema’s injury that he suffered on Saturday against Rayo Vallecano in round 35 of La Liga, which ended in a 3-2 win for Los Blancos.

According to Real Madrid’s official website, Cristiano Ronaldo and the players who featured most prominently at Vallecas did running drills along the rest of their teammates, before completing the session indoors.

Also, Dani Carvajal worked out with the group after he recovered from a nasty blow that prevented him from participating in the last two La Liga games.

On the other hand, Welsh forward Gareth Bale and Portuguese defender Pepe trained indoors.
