Young Cuban scientists visit Moscow institutions

A delegation of young Cuban scientists from a wide range of institutions and universities is participating in the program Cuba and Russia, together for health, under way in Moscow, where they have visited centers of scientific, economic and historical interest, including the Museum of the Communist International and an exhibition of achievements of the Russian economy.
They have also met with staff members of medical centers and clinics and toured oncology and epidemiology research entities.
Likewise, the program of the Cuban delegation features visits to the Occupational Medicine Research Institute, named after the academician N. Izmerov, and the M. Chumakov, Dima Rogachev Children's Hematological Oncology and Federal Brain Research and Neurotechnology Centers, as well as the Russian Institute of Pneumology.
The closing ceremony of the program will take place on the 27th at the Department of Medical Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences and will be followed by a visit to the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
