Havana, January 2 (ACN)-- With a personal record of 2,604 Elo points, the leader of the Cuban chess ranking, Yasser Quesada, from Villaclareño Yasser Quesada, will be in the lead of the Cuban chess ranking during the whole month of January.

The addition of six units compared to the previous list took the current national champion to the unprecedented accumulated and he became the 12th player born on the island to surpass the barrier of 2,600.
