New AI platform for business development presented in Cuba

An artificial intelligence (AI) platform was presented in Cuba which enables local companies to achieve more efficient technological development.

 
The director of Technological Development of the Informatics and Communications Business Group, Elizabeth García, told Granma newspaper that the Plataformia tool (plataformia.com) seeks to generate better products in each area of the companies’ performance.

At the presentation, Alain Garófalo, general director of Avangenio, said that Plataformia was entirely developed by students of the Technological University of Havana, as part of the company-university integration.

The tool is easy to access through an application programming interface, and allows generating texts and chatting or creating images with AI models. It also has services designed for developers and can only be navigated from Cuba.
