"I'm going with new releases, with new songs. We're going to do "Para qué me invita?" (What's the intention?), the featuring with maestro Maykel Blanco, which was a huge hit on our recent release during our tour in Peru."

This isn't your first time at the Fiestas Cristal. What's your assessment of this event?

"What can I say about the Fiestas Cristal? The best! I love being invited, being kept in mind, and enjoying our music and Cristal beer. So, Cuba and JG's favorite, sounding as it sounds."

Tell me, besides preparing for the Fiestas Cristal, what's keeping JG busy these days?

"We're currently immersed in a record production called Como se pone Juancito, with 10 unreleased songs, all by my father. The album's music producer is David Calzado, so you can imagine the sisterly quality of the album, very joyful, very danceable.

"I started searching through my dad's trunk, looking at all his 989 songs, and I started choosing 10, and we made them very modern, very danceable, very joyful, so people would enjoy them."

When is the album coming out?

"It's in the mixing and mastering process, under Abdala's Unicornio label. So, it’s almost about to hit the streets."
