The XXI edition of Iberoarte Crafts Fair 2023 will take place from October 5-22 in Holguin, with the participation of 66 foreign exhibitors and dedicated on this occasion to Mexican art.

The Expo Holguín fairgrounds will host the event, where countries such as Peru, Russia, Ecuador, and Argentina will develop the exhibition of textile clothing, saddlery, goldsmithing and other varied expressions of this type of artistic manifestation, as part of the program of the Ibero-American Culture Festival.

Liset Será Rodríguez, speaker of the Cuban Fund for Cultural Assets (CFCA) in the territory, announced at a press conference that the event will also host artists from Havana, Guantánamo and Las Tunas who for 17 days will have the opportunity to exhibit and trade their creations with the Holguín public.

The Lote space, dedicated to the promotion of visual arts and at the same time, one of the most significant collateral plazas of the meeting, will have exhibitions of renowned national and international painters, which will take place at the Pernik hotel and in the Fausto Cristo galleries, of the Cuban Association of Writers and Artists, and El Zaguán, of the CFCA.

Sponsored by the subsidiary of this institution in Holguín, the Iberoarte Crafts Fair is the second most important of its kind in the country and constitutes a rendezvous space for different artistic expressions where cultural exchange stands out.
