Cuban president congratulates Arab TV channel’s workers

Havana, Jun 13 (Prensa Latina) Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel congratulated the workers of the Arab television channel Al Mayadeen, on its tenth anniversary on Monday.

On his Twitter account, the Cuban leader acknowledged the vision of that media in its various communication platforms to bring the reality of the Arab world.

“Congratulations on its 10 years to the Al Mayadeen team, whose programming in Spanish on various platforms, shows the reality of the Arab world without mediations. Cuba thanks its objective and solidarity view,” the Cuban head of state wrote on that social network.

Al Mayadeen’s multiplatform publishes content on its web pages in Arabic, English and Spanish, and also has a documentary production company and other audiovisual production areas, according to the Cuban Foreign Ministry.

Latin American media such as Prensa Latina and Telesur have created working alliances with Al Mayadeen with remarkable results in different communication products.
