The official documentation of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) says that it does not respond to any government and does respond to what is best for the American people, but none of this is true, and in this context "he caused turmoil” with the previous president, Donald Trump, who left in chaos, but it recovered its position with the current one, Joe Biden, who used it well when he was Barack Obama's vice president.

Four days after taking office, Biden had already appointed the deputy director of the espionage entity, and after nine days, its director, William Burns, giving him a depth of work on the Ukrainian problem, as he had done shortly before on the Afghan one.

Now, with much ado, the president praised the CIA's work in advising Ukrainian soldiers and mercenaries, many of them neo-Nazis, who are trained in countries of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization; the defense and offensive actions against Russian troops and the aircraft participating in the special military operation, as well as in the personal protection for the Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.

Thus, the CIA role in the recent war events in Ukraine stands out, about which the U.S. military analyst Scott Ritter, from Consortium News, unravels what has happened in recent days, summarizing that Russia has lost, without further punishment, a territory in Kharkov that strategically did not interest them and Ukraine has won it with a high cost in material and troops.

This is part of the mechanism to blame Russia for everything bad and legitimize the repeatedly violations and massacre of the Ukrainian government kept against civilians in the Donbass area.

BACKGROUND

The CIA, with Biden in the vice presidency, was already involved in the direct origin of the conflict, which dates back to the beginning of the Euromaidan protests in November 2013, when thousands of demonstrators went out to protest in Kyiv, due to the Ukrainian government's refusal to sign the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.

In February 2014, President Viktor Yanukovych was fired, but in the east of the country, a region bordering Russia, protesters took over government headquarters, proclaiming the independence of certain localities, which caused strong armed clashes between pro-Europeans, at the head of which were neo-Nazi elements that persecuted and even burned their opponents alive.

In mid-March 2014, Crimea was annexed by Russia, and on April 7th, thousands of protesters proclaimed Donetsk's independence. On April 13th, Kyiv authorities launched a special operation in the east of the country with the participation of Armed Forces. On April 17th, a meeting was held in Geneva, Switzerland, between the heads of the diplomacy of Ukraine, the European Union, the United States, and Russia, and a document was approved with measures to end the conflict. Revisions to the Ukrainian Constitution were also agreed upon.

The Lugansk People's Republic was proclaimed on April 28th, later joined by Donetsk in its fight against the Kyiv government, which publicly acknowledged at the time that the situation in both places was beyond their control, after which they sent their troops to Sloviansk.

This did not prevent referendums on the political status of Donetsk and Lugansk two days later, in which 89% of voters in the first region voted in favor of independence and 96% in the second agreed to separate from Ukraine.

DISRESPECT

The European Union and the United States did not respect this gesture of self-determination and supported the Ukrainian government, alleging that Russia was solely responsible for the separatist tensions.

For its part, the Russian government has repeatedly condemned the actions of the Ukrainian government, referring to its members as "criminals" and describing the events in Ukraine as genocide. On the other hand, NATO deployed its troops in countries close to the Russian and Ukrainian borders: Poland, Romania, and the Baltic states.

Before Russia's intervention in Donbass on February 24th, Ukrainian troops had already caused more than 14,000 deaths in eight years.

The war has spread and intensified, with the Biden government sending more than 14 billion dollars in weapons to Ukraine, thousands of mercenaries and the aforementioned action by the CIA, which has enabled the aid of a large number of military advisers and attempts to achieve its goals of discrediting, weakening, and dividing Russia.

Previously, the agency had played a key role in the US withdrawal from Afghanistan, discussed by Trump and put into practice by Biden, which, disastrous or not, fulfilled the plan established by the administration and arranged and recommended by the spy agency.

In this context, the entry of the Taliban and the preparation of a policy to discredit the triumphant combatant organization was planned and carried out, taking advantage of the Taliban limitation in matters related to human rights, mainly in the non-inclusion of women and other religious-related issues.

In other words, they were, are, issues planned by the Agency, which got to push governments and organizations of all kinds in recriminating the enemy in power through a policy of discrediting the Taliban, combining it with support for an entity created by imperialism, the Islamic State, which intensified its practice of criminal attacks, mainly suicide attacks, against defenseless civilians in markets, hospitals, and churches.

CLOSER IN TIME

Now, in our continent, although using methods less irascible than those of Trump, Biden continues to disrespect human rights and the will of the people, even though he publicly says otherwise.

Thus, he uses the CIA to penetrate organizations that fight against inequality, further control of the media, torpedo governments through different means and progressive nuances, like in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Honduras, El Salvador, Mexico, Venezuela, and Nicaragua, to which Colombia has now joined; as well as keeping and intensifying the brutal and criminal blockade against Cuba, after failing to fulfill their promise to eliminate the restrictions imposed by Trump, which he mentioned three times in his presidential campaign.

Besides, he continues to use the CIA in the persecution of those who want to prevent the extradition from Great Britain to the United States of Julian Assange, unjustly imprisoned for revealing proven U.S. war crimes.
