More than 42 artists will delight with the magic that only transmits the most legendary of the performing arts those attending the shows at the Opera de Maracay theatre.
Among the most impressive acts are the gyratory ring, acrobatics on trampolines, juggling, acrobatic swing and the always stunning and dangerous Russian brought by the PMM corps de ballet.
The Opera de Maracay theatre began to be built in 1932 as per mandate of the president at that time Juan Vicente Gómez and was declared National Historic Monument on April 15 of 1994.
The work was entrusted to architect Luis Malaussena, who together to Carlos Guinand, were inspired in the Charles Garnier Opera Theatre in París.
