Informatica 2016 Concludes Today in Cuba

Information technology threats and the management of ICT with regards to surveillance will be the issues discussed today during the last day of Infomatica 2016, which has been running since March 14th in Havana. Sergey Novikov, deputy director of Kaspersky Lab's Global Research and Analysis Team, will speak about the development of threats and virtual attacks.
Nancy Perez, a specialist in technology surveillance and strategic intelligence will give a talk on the subject.
The sessions are being held at the PABEXPO exhibition center.
Infomatica 2016 will hold the official closing ceremony this afternoon at the Conference Center in Havana.
Informatica 2016 was attended by over 300 international delegates and was dedicated to discussing the processes of the computerization of Cuban society.
Sponsored by the Ministry of Communications with the aim of showing the progress of the island in the information technology and communications sector, the conference will convene again before 2018.
