Muy bien si fuera sistematico, despues de las multas SUBEN MAS LOS PRECIOS PARA RECUPERAR EL DINERO QUE PERDIERON, Comercio en la calle no respetan las leyes del Estado cuando se va la inspeccion, suben los precios otra vez, no hay un control permanente, Lo que si hay muchos niños y viejitos pidiendo dinero mendingando en los puestos de comida porq no tienen dinero para comer.
