Eso pasa porque no existe una herramienta que permita a solicitud del pueblo destituir a los responsables de tales desatinos y luego hacerlos pagar por los gastos incurridos. Si él o los responsables tuvieran que reponer cada centavo mal empleado, se pensaría mejor antes de cometer este tipo de barbaridad.
