This year marks the 60th anniversary of the appearance of an exceptional novel: Biography of a Runaway Slave, by Miguel Barnet.

In the context of the 30th anniversary of the creation of the Fernando Ortiz Foundation (FFO), the institution will commemorate next Wednesday, Feb
