"We confirm the detention of three Russians.
"The reasons for their detention are being clarified," the Russian consul general in Antalya, Alexander Tolstopyatenko told the Russian news agency RIA Novosti.
According to Turkish Dogan agency, the three Russians were arrested in Antalya, on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey, on suspicion of having cooperated with IS in the suicide attack.
Turkish police arrested a total of 65 people under the antiterrorist operation.
