Cuba’s vice-president of the Council of State, Salvador Valdes Mesa, heads the Cuban delegation that will attend tomorrow the inauguration of Jimmy Morales, president of the Republic of Guatemala.

The delegation is also composed of deputy minister of Foreign Affairs, Ana Teresita Gonzalez Fraga, and Cuba’s ambassador in Guatemala, Carlos de Cespedes Piedra.
