Digital Transformation has become one of Cuba’s most significant strategic initiatives, conceived not only as a technological process but also as a cultural and social shift that involves all sectors of society.

Approved in May 2024 and projected through 2030, the strategy aims to guarantee technological sovereignty, strengthen national security, and improve efficiency in public administration.
