Sancti Spíritus, Cuba, Jan 19 (Prensa Latina) The Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and its auxiliary structure today began a comprehensive evaluation of compliance with the agreements of the 8th Congress of the Party.
As reported by Prensa Latina, it is the first of its kind to be held in the country after the celebration of the top partisan event that took place in April 2021.
During three days, exchanges will take place in labor and service centers, as well as in communities of the eight municipalities.
The work analysis will cover the Municipal Committees and the Provincial Committee of the Party and the functioning of the base organizations of the PCC, the intermediate management organisms and the attention to the main problems of the localities.
Another aspect that will be valued will be the economic and social activity, mainly the measures approved by the Council of Ministers to boost the business system and agricultural production and marketing.
Likewise, other essential issues will be examined, such as the discussion process with health workers and BioCubaFarma on confronting illegalities in production, distribution, prescription and marketing of medicines.
In addition, the political attention to the communities with greater complexities and the actions that are executed in them and the progress of the popular consultation process of the Family Code.
