Cuba reported 673 new COVID-19 infections

Havana, January  4 (RHC)—Cuban health authorities reported on Tuesday 673 new  COVID-19 infections and no fatalities associated with the disease.

The Public Health Ministry website reported that there were  2 375 active cases hospitalized as of Midnight.

With the latest update, the Caribbean nation now accumulates  968 171 cases and 8324 deaths since the beginning of the epidemic on the island in March 2020.

Pinar del Rio, Matanzas, and  Havana have the highest incidence rate with 107, 105, and 70 cases, respectively.
