President of Haiti, Michel Martelly, joined Latin American and Caribbean head of government to participate at the ALBA-TCP  Extraordinary Summit on Ebola.

The President of the Caribbean nation send a salutation to Raul Castro, Fidel and the people of Cuba, in special, the physicians to work in Africa fighting Ebola outbreak.

“We in Haiti  are privileged to have the support of Cuban brothers that work in our country”, stated.

Director General of Latin America and the Caribbean at the Cuban Chancery, Manuel Aguilera de la Paz, and Deputy Minister of Public Health, Alfredo Gonzalez, attended the International Airport Jose Marti to welcome Martelly.
