Russian scientists find signs of alien life in meteorite

It is very possible that an extraterrestrial life form or its traces were found in the Seymchan meteorite, Russian biotechnologist Ilia Dujovlinov told the digital newspaper Vzgliad.
The scientist highlighted that during the study of the fragment of this meteorite of more than four billion years, the research team, analyzing the samples with the support of biochemistry and genetics, detected the possibility of an extraterrestrial life form that existed several thousand years ago.
Dujovlinov added that the finding came as they sought to develop drugs for radiation and to restore the body after long flights.
Also, one of the research areas was the analysis of meteorite fragments to look for chemical compounds and structures that could indicate the presence of extraterrestrial life forms.
He also noted that for several years scientists could not find anything reliable until they found fragments of the Seymchan meteorite, which came from one of the ancient protoplanets that arose and collapsed at the dawn of the formation of the Solar System.
Considering that the discovered structure is inside a meteorite crystal, its terrestrial and modern origin is excluded, as well as contamination of the sample, the scientist shared.
According to him, future work is planned to confirm the dating of the meteorite sample and extract the discovered structure for analysis by electron microscopy and mass spectrometry.
“Maybe it’s an extraterrestrial life form or traces of it that existed several billion years ago,” Dujovlinov concluded.
