Caracas, May 7 (Prensa Latina) Venezuelan Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez has strongly rejected Colombian security forces' violence on those who have been rolling out a 8-day protest against the Iván Duque administration's tax reform.

'Colombia is a failed imperial project that takes its people to the worst crisis ever seen: the world's leading drug producer, excluded from the country´s political life and unable to express itself freely! Venezuela will always be an example for Bolívar's children!', Delcy Rodríguez live-tweeted.

On Thursday, Venezuela´s United Socialist Party condemned repression and accused Colombian government of violating the rights of protesters.

She regretted the complicity of the Lima Group, the European Union (EU), the Organization of American States (OAS) Secretary-General Luis Almagro, whom she called as US imperialism´s puppet, 'a nefarious person who only dedicates his time to generating interference, arbitrary and illegal actions on Venezuelan government and people´s sovereignty.'

Venezuelan socialists urged UN to stop barbarism and massacre in Colombia, because otherwise they would be joining those who are accomplices of what is happening there.
