Diaz-Canel praises work of University Students’ Federation

Havana, Jul 5 (Prensa Latina) Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel on Tuesday praised the dedication of the leaders of the University Students' Federation (FEU), whose National Council was held recently. The president tweeted that “FEU's enthusiasm drives us to keep on building a better country, so we count and always will count on you.” FEU's National Council, which was held on Sunday and Monday in the eastern province of Granma, was part of the working agenda to hold the 10th Congress of this student organization, slated for December 20, when it will celebrate its 100th anniversary.

When introducing the members of the FEU National Secretariat, National President Karla Santana made emphasis on the attitude of the student leaders of being always consistent with the effort to build a better organization, in which all students can find the scenario to develop their dreams.
