Cubana de Aviación Announces Adjustments to Domestic Routes

Cubana de Aviación announced today on its Facebook social media account that, as a result of increased frequencies in domestic air operations, modifications have been made to its route schedule.
In its post, the airline explained that customers who booked tickets prior to these changes and are affected by the new itineraries must visit the company's sales offices to request a refund or a date change, subject to availability.
The source confirmed that tickets can be purchased through the official website www.cubana.cu or at the airline's sales offices, via cash payment or digital gateways, with prices set according to Resolution 346/2020 of the Ministry of Finance and Prices.
In this regard, Cubana de Aviación reiterated that the only official channels for booking tickets are its digital portal and sales offices, and that it assumes no responsibility for tickets purchased through third parties.
Similarly, the company apologized for any inconvenience caused and reaffirmed its commitment to service safety and quality.
