Rome, Jun 11 (Prensa Latina) Works by a dozen Cuban artists are on display in the third edition of the 'International Photo Project 2021', inaugurated in the northern Italian city of Milan on Friday.

The exhibition, to be held until Sunday, also includes 10 Italian photographers and an equal number of Japanese photographers with projects on open themes that, according to organizers, will allow distinguishing lines of possible national trends.

The event, organized by Photo Project Pro, is intended to make a comparison between the poetic manifestations that characterize the works of artists from different countries, who share the same means of expression.

It will also feature state-of-the-art digital technology for the projection of images in very high definition in an environment created to offer the audience a complete immersion experience, according to the presentation of the exhibition.

Alain Cabrera is the curator of the Cuban section, made up of photographs by Claudia Corrales, Joyme Cuan, Natasha Forcade, Jordan Issel, Ailen Maleta, Sadiel Mederos, Yuri Obregon, Yanet Oviedo, Juan Carlos Rodriguez and Kmy Ros.

Art critic, curator and photographer Cabrera is a member of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) and an editor of Artecubano magazine. He was twice awarded a mention at the 'Guy Perez Cisneros' National Art Critics Award.
