Brasilia, Nov 5 (Prensa Latina) Artistic presentations, concerts and virtual exhibitions make up on Thursday the program of celebrations for Brazil's National Day of Culture, which honors the anniversary of the jurist, writer and diplomat Rui Barbosa.
 
Regarding the commemoration, the website #CulturaEmCasa of the Secretary of Culture and Creative Economy distinguishes a varied offer of theater and music through the official site, which completed four months of active operation during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Meanwhile, the Public Archive of the State of Bahia once again welcomes the public after months of restoration and, gradually, establishes document management and transcription services, authentication of the paper reproduction of documents in custody.

Considered the second largest archival institution in Brazil, the Archive preserves original manuscripts and prints, produced and accumulated over 200 years, as well as documents from the colonial, monarchical and republican periods.

Likewise, the Espirito Santo Art Museum will reopen its doors under strict sanitary protocols with the exhibition Vix-Estorias Capixabas that will bring together 23 artists in dialogue with the city and the history of the institution.
