Perceptible Earthquake Reported in Santiago de Cuba

The network of Stations of the National Seismological Service of Cuba reported today a perceptible earthquake in the eastern province of Santiago de Cuba measuring 2.8 degrees on the Richter scale. The earthquake, which left no human or material damage, occurred at 11:00 am (local time) at coordinates 19.93 North Latitude and -75.51 West Longitude, some 30 kilometers south-southeast of the city of Santiago de Cuba, with a depth of 36 kilometers.

So far,the Reparto Versalles, El Caney and the airport of Santiago de Cuba have reported the perception of the earthquake.
