Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday ordered the Ministry of Defense to guarantee the keeping of peace by the Russian Armed Forces in the people's republics of Donetsk, and Lugansk.

The recognition by Russia of the republics of Lugansk and Donesk, in Donbass, was long thought and well analyzed by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, after hearing the opinion of each of the members of the National Security Council, before the petition to the effect of the Duma, the legislative body of the largest nation on the planet.

Now Russian troops have begun to protect both republics, while their civilian population is massively evacuated to the territory of the Federation, due to the bombing increase by the Ukrainian army, which, in addition, sends elements trained by neo-Nazi leaders in sabotage and as snipers.

In this context, five aggressors were killed and one taken prisoner who managed to penetrate Russian territory, where two vehicles that were trying to rescue them were destroyed.

Kiev's obstructionist policy was fully demonstrated, always at the service of Washington's interests and in correspondence with the submissive role played in this regard by the aggressive North Atlantic Treaty Organization, an entity that Ukraine intends to join and has already established in its Constitution, encouraged by the reactionary entities that are influencing its decisions, after the coup financed by the United States in 2014.

Anyone who has had the opportunity to watch the Russia Today television channel on Monday morning was able to learn the background of a very important decision, never taken lightly by the Russian president, after verifying that Kiev would never comply with the Minsk agreements, which would help to peacefully solve the problem despite the propaganda about it, and that such hypocrisy made the Ukrainian government a puppet of the United States.

"There´s no progress in such fundamental areas as constitutional reform, amnesty, local elections, the legal aspects of the special status of Donbass," Putin had previously said, adding that the Ukrainian government had not legally implemented the so-called "Steinmeier Formula", offered to Kiev "as a commitment to the realization of the Minsk Agreements on the main points".

Meanwhile, Ukrainian authorities continued to ignore the possibilities of restoring the country's territorial integrity through direct dialogue with Donetsk and Lugansk, in addition to massively and systematically violating human rights, and adopting discrimination against the Russian-speaking population at the legislative level.

The response of the United States and its NATO minions; as well as that of the Secretary General of the UN, Antonio Guerras, were against Moscow's decision, the latter because it points to a violation of what he called Ukrainian sovereignty.

BIDEN SANCTIONS, OF COURSE

On his behalf, U.S. President Joe Biden has already decreed sanctions against the independent republics, while London, France, and Berlin have followed suit.

The truth is that the current U.S. administration seeks to drag Russia into the war against Ukraine to suffocate it with sanctions, therefore it does not guarantee that that country will never join NATO, which would de-escalate the tension.

In this context, Biden could avoid a conflict with a very simple decision, that of preventing Ukraine from joining NATO, because Moscow's concern that a possible accession of Ukraine to the military block would put U.S. troops and of the alliance at the gates of Russia, thereby undermining the national security interests of the Eurasian country.

The U.S. avoids giving that guarantee to Moscow, because it really wants Russia to invade Ukraine, which coincides with a statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov that U.S. war hawks want to trigger a conflict with their accusations about an imminent Russian invasion.

With the modern weapons sent to Ukraine by the United States and its allies, that country already has better firepower than other members of the entity, in addition to making it known that it will try to be considered a nation with nuclear power again.

A conflict would render the Biden Administration a clear excuse to impose draconian sanctions against Russia and the Russian people, which will consolidate a new Cold War, with a clear economic benefit for the U.S. military and industrial complex.

Accordingly, the Democratic and Republican warmongers who control that compound are enticing tensions so they can sell more weapons.

Thus, Democrat Tulsi Gabbard said in an interview with Fox News that the U.S. military industry would make "a lot more money than it has made fighting against Al-Qaeda or making weapons for Al-Qaeda”, and warned that the North American, Ukrainian, and Russian people would pay the price of the conflict, while North American politicians would profit” with this business.
