Geopolitics: Epstein and the Perception of Power

This is the power structure in a West facing its greatest crisis. It’s both a moral and an economic decline. The fall of the liberal pillars of the system reveals that the whole affair involved not only privileges, but also monstrosities reminiscent of humanity's darkest eras.

The release of more than three million files in the Epstein case by U.S. authorities is a geopolitical reality. Understanding that this is not simply a criminal investigation leads us to consider the media's handling of the event. Who was this man? Her presence in the world of the financial elite went beyond the glitz and glamour; there were elements in his life that intertwined with high-level politics and decision-making. More than one high-ranking official was implicated, as evidenced by the case of Prince Andrew of England. Everything points to one of the biggest leaks from the elite regarding human trafficking, but also to one of the most illustrative examples of the ideology of power and the dehumanization of those who govern the destinies of entire nations.

More than a moral judgment, the release of these files also leads us to analyze the United States' position as the center of the West and its values, and the decadence that stems from all these allusions. In addition to sexual matters, the files contain cannibalism, esoteric cults, and expressions of sadism and boundless cruelty. The most disturbing aspect is that, despite the revelation, most of these files are merely records; they remain to be thoroughly investigated and subjected to due process in the legal system. This detail points to the true nature of this leak: the political context. Epstein was involved with so many elite figures that he can be used as a weapon to bring down key targets at will. And this is an election year. Undoubtedly, one of the best explanations of this is given by Daniel Estulin on his YouTube channel when he refers to the financier's parties as a suspension of public morality and the law, like a yacht trip where everything is allowed except getting off the yacht. If you do, you're eliminated. This turns highly sensitive information about the elite into a weapon, an instrument of power. Perhaps Epstein was more than a sexual abuser, a sick individual, or a shadowy figure; speculation about the essence of how the social control apparatus operates at these parties points to other implications.

Social media is positioning itself as the perfect tool in times of leaks and narratives. Not only because of its reach, but also because of the way the boundary of reality can shift based on the public's perceptions. When information of this nature is introduced into the global debate, the primary objective is to normalize the elite's chaos, to accept the phenomenon. The mere fact that it's handled as a media scandal and not as due process reveals that the politicization of the judiciary is simply the other side of the coin of the mediatization of morality. The initial shock creates horror, rejection, disgust; but through saturation, the public normalizes the images, accepts them as part of everyday life, and ultimately, the power structure remains intact. Some faces may be sacrificed, even those of the powerful, but the structure remains intact, and that's what matters. At the narrative level, you've already accepted that it's quite possible there are influential groups that consume human flesh. This isn't a movie, it's not a play; it's about the political leaders of several liberal nations with supposedly publicly controlled institutions.

In geopolitical terms, the publication of these files, despite initial perceptions, relieves pressure on the elite. They no longer have to offer many explanations because, supposedly, everything has already been said, it's all out in the open. Admittedly, there are no visible consequences yet for the guilty parties, even with redactions protecting them. Now they can no longer be accused of violating liberal political norms; instead, we should be grateful because they are able to reveal even the darkest, most scandalous aspects. The strategy of this open conspiracy is to do it in front of everyone so that, through the normalization of the scandal, true accountability is overlooked. The yacht continues its course unchanged, since we are not talking here about a physical yacht, but about the possibility for the powerful to travel with impunity beyond the limits of what morality and the law allow.

Meantime, In this American election year, the focus will be on this issue, not on the major structural problems facing society: employment, the economy, violence, drugs, access to education and healthcare, and social security. The moral debate excludes the class debate, and the scandal obscures the necessary transformation of the status quo. The media protects the true powers behind the scenes with smokescreens. The corporate lobby will never be touched by a genuine process of questioning because the masses are distracted by the possibility of satanic lobbies operating in Hollywood. Suspicious? Undoubtedly, in this election year, it suits both parties to have the Epstein issue as the main topic, rather than the mistakes made by the political elite in managing the country's structural crisis and its international image. The financial magnate and his web of abuse will be the weapon of choice, but also the unspoken pact, the instrument of power that silences with its scandal, that covers up with its supposed revelation. As contradictory as it is complex, such is the web of power in a West facing its greatest crisis. It’s both a moral and an economic decline. The collapse of the system's liberal foundations reveals that the whole apparatus was not only built on privilege, but also on monstrosities reminiscent of humanity's darkest eras.

Satanic rituals, while they may be interpreted in a sensationalist, cinematic way, actually possess an earthly substance, one that brings us closer to the nature of power. On the one hand, their essence is to symbolically seal a group affiliation and shared interests, a kind of cursed silence; on the other, they draw on ancient evidence and references to lend greater legitimacy to the exercise of power by an elite that constantly requires rituals to confirm it. There’s nothing occult about it; it’s all human, earthly, anthropological, and palpable. This is presented to us as something supernatural, beyond our understanding, but in reality, the intention is for us to grant the elite a different, lax, permissive morality, one in which these practices are normalized. Perhaps never has it been more relevant that ideologies of power are conceived for the poor, while the rich possess only interests, appetites, ambitions, goals, and property. Even such a vision must be imbued with a classist perspective. They are not Satanists, they are not descendants of pagan gods or related to other entities; they are simply millionaires playing with symbols of power and frightening the most impoverished.

In the rich man's game of Russian roulette, the poor are merely interchangeable pieces. This is not just a human trafficking network; it’s an instrument for reaffirming, reproducing, and, to a certain extent, legitimizing the power of a class that possesses the shares, the property, and centuries of ascendancy over the rest of humanity. This explains why, for decades, it went unnoticed by authorities and no one lifted a finger. Only now, when social media serves as a mechanism for amplifying narratives and offers advertising and social control benefits, is this issue being addressed. The structure that enables and utilizes these mechanisms, however, has not fallen and will not fall; instead, it’s being recycled to operate with the same impunity.

The elite is multidimensional. It’s not a rigid entity or a pact where everyone follows established rules. The same lack of moral boundaries seen in the Epstein files operates among themselves and their often conflicting interests. They have allies, but they are not friends with each other. If you step off the yacht, you perish. If someone in the hierarchy of owners and financiers dares to place a figure that disrupts the balance of power, then action is taken, and whoever it may be is sacrificed. This is called class interest, the bourgeois conscience of history. The world is read through stock market values, shares, real estate, and economic growth. That is the prevailing morality. Undoubtedly, the leaks will reveal further scandalous chapters, but the analysis should not proceed through astonishment, purely rational condemnation, or outrage; we must coldly examine this framework, place it in context, update its implications, and trace it to its most significant geopolitical consequences.
