Beijing, Feb 15 (Prensa Latina) China reported a decline for the eleventh consecutive day of new Covid-19 coronavirus cases outside Hubei province and its capital, Wuhan, on Saturday, a sign of the effectiveness of its prevention and epidemiological control mechanism.

The National Health Commission pointed out that the districts with the best statistics are Shanxi, Jilin, Gansu and Qinghai, as well as the autonomous regions of Inner Mongolia, Tibet and Xinjiang Uyghur.

Likewise, Wuhan -the epicenter of the outbreak- shows a discreet fall in the number of new infections with coronavirus since February 1 and exceeds by 30% the rate of patients who have recovered from the virus in the two hospitals built in record time.

Meanwhile, the incidence remains high in other cities in Hubei such as Xiaogan and Huanggang, the most affected after Wuhan.

However, the provincial government will prepare other public spaces in Wuhan, such as sports centers, gyms and fairgrounds, to receive and treat patients with moderate symptoms, fever and emergency situations.

About nine healthcare centers with 6,960 beds are currently providing these services and have admitted nearly 5,606 people.

China National Biotech Group Co. will extend to more sick people the administration of products made from the plasma donated by cured patients, as it is now as the best cure in the absence of a vaccine that can be used against the Covid-19 virus.
