Russia reiterated its total rejection to foreign interference or aggression, including a military attack against Venezuela, and insisted on the need for an inclusive dialogue in the South American country.

In a press release Monday with his Colombian counterpart Carlos Holmes Trujillo, Lavrov pointed out that Moscow is against the intromission in Venezuelan internal affairs or the ones in any sovereign country.

'The conflicts are not solved with threatens,' said Lavrov after having official talks with Holmes Trujillo -former Colombian ambassador in Russia from 1999 to 2001-.

'In the case of Venezuela, we are going to support that nation in the framework established by the Chart of the United Nations and to cooperate to resolve the dispute there, on that basis,' he said.

In the same way, Lavrov stressed that Moscow will increase its support to the rapid stabilization of the internal situation in Colombia, on the basis of the agreement in 2016 in Havana between Colombian Government and training FARC guerrillas.

'As a permanent member of the UN Security Council and the Mission of control of that body in Colombia to monitor compliance with the agreement, Russia is interested in a quick solution of the referred dispute,' Lavrov said.

The Russian Minister also estimated that the condition of the Colombian Foreign Minister Chancellor can give subjective impetus to bilateral ties.

According to the Russian Foreign Minister, the Colombian diplomat, whose father led his country's diplomatic mission in Moscow in the second half of the 1980's, also co-chairs the intergovernmental Joint Committee which will be held here this week.

Lavrov admitted that the prospects of continuing military-technical cooperation and the provision of arms he addressed with its similar South American during the official talks.

There is a working group within the intergovernmental Joint Commission for economic and scientific-technical cooperation devoted to military-technical cooperation, recalled the head of Russian diplomacy.

There are possibilities of bilateral cooperation in the energy sphere, oil extraction, automotive industry, construction of railway equipment, pharmaceutical, agriculture and high technology, among others.
