The government of Cuba today expressed its heartfelt condolences to the people of the United States, following the dozens of fatalities caused by a severe winter storm affecting several regions of that country.

Through a message published on the social network X, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, expressed the solidarity of Cubans in the face of the tragedy.

"Heartfelt condolences to the people of the #UnitedStates for the dozens of deaths caused by a winter storm and extreme cold that is lashing several areas of that country," wrote the Foreign Minister.
