Russian security eliminates Ukrainian sabotage group in Bryansk

Moscow, Dec 26 (Prensa Latina) The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) reported that it eliminated a group of Ukrainian saboteurs who were trying to infiltrate the Russian region of Bryansk.

According to the FSB note, as a result of a confrontation, four saboteurs attempting to infiltrate into the territory of Bryansk region were killed.

The agents were carrying foreign weapons: German SIG Sauer submachine guns and ammunition for them, communication and navigation devices, as well as means intended for committing sabotage and terrorist acts.

Four improvised explosive devices with the power of 40 kilograms of TNT were also seized, the law enforcement agency said.
