Lopez Obrador denies that the Government is behind judicial reform

Mexico City, Sep 15 (Prensa Latina) The Government has not presented a reform initiative with the purpose of changing the Judicial Power, but that it is being moved by legislators, clarified today the President of Mexico Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.
Asked about this during his morning press conference at the National Palace, the President reiterated that he considers that an authentic rule of law must be maintained, which did not exist before and this cannot be forgotten because it was a state of excess of the powers of the Executive.
Now both the Legislative and the Judiciary act with independence and sovereignty, we are respectful of both and we do not act under orders, nor do we give orders.
The President is not like before, when he acted as if the other powers were an appendix of the Government.
