Cuban MPs Analyze Legislative Bills in Plenary Session

Havana, July 13 (Prensa Latina) Cuban MPs analyze on Saturday plenary session legislative, national symbols and fishing bills, which if lawmakers passed them, they will expand the new Constitution supported by the majority of citizens in a popular referendum.
Analyzes are part of the third ordinary session of the 9th Legislature of the National Assembly of People's Power, Parliament, preceded by the work of its 10 committees to discuss the scope of the aforementioned opinions.
Early this week Cuban President, Miguel Diaz-Canel, said that the regulations will broaden the legislative exercise to support the Constitution passed on February 24.
The Electoral Bill is a mandate emanated from the Magna Carta including as a novelty the variation in the amount of the State Council members.
For instance, fishing bill recognizes economic actors such as those the non- State sector, emerged in the process of updating the Cuban economic model while National Symbols bill eases the use of these keeping respect for them though.
On Friday, MPs studied the details of the three bills in several working groups in the Havana Convention Center.
