Havana to begin first phase of recovery on Friday

Havana, July 1 (RHC)-- The temporary working group for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus approved on Wednesday the passage of Havana province to the first phase of the first stage of recovery of COVID-19.

The source also reported that the rest of the provinces -- with the exception of Matanzas -- will move on to the second phase. Both actions will be effective as of Friday, July 3rd.
